The Yoga Studio is also home to this non-denominational mindfulness group which hosts 2 meditation events per week:
Fridays: 11:00am - 1:00pm
This is an Open Sit time; participants come and go as they please. (Friday meditation returns in September!)
Sundays: 4:00 - 6:00pm

4:30 - 5:00 Book discussion
5:00 - 6:00 Sitting and Walking Meditation
These are hosted for free, but donations are gladly accepted. No registration is necessary.
