Performing yogasanas with the aid of a rope has many advantages. Due to the rope movement the spine becomes supple and even difficult asanas can be done easily and safely. The use of wall ropes enhances the yoga practice, as one can use them for creating health of the spine, shoulders, hips and immune system. In this workshop we will explore a deeper Yoga practice through a variety of poses using the wall ropes. You will experience how to open your joints, lengthen your spine and strengthen the core of your body. Furthermore, your understanding of alignment will improve and your inversions and back bends will become more accessible as ropes are very effective in improving our yoga practice!
