“Yoga at The Yoga Studio for me is fun, challenging and full of health benefits. Physically, at times my knees were so sore, I could not walk up the stairs and now I can. One time my back was so sore I could barely stand up or sit down. I went to yoga class anyway and after an hour of doing a variety of twisting poses, my back was normal for the next several hours. Mentally, yoga improves my focus, concentration, and sharpens my awareness of my body. I love the emphasis in class of proper alignment which carries over into my daily life.”
